Thinx Comparison

These are great! I hate disposable pads so much. Iâm light flow, but very active, and it seems like the disposable ones only cover one or the other. I switched to fabric reusable pads at the start of the year, and they are great except they slide. Which of course means spills, and I can not have that! I eventually caved and tried Thinx, but Godâs they are expensive. (Mind I love them to death, just canât afford a full set.)These are a nice cheaper option. You get a set of three for the price of one Thinx. Both brands are wonderful at absorbing and preventing spills. They hold about two padâs (for light flow) worth, although after about one padâs worth they do start to get that damp-ish feeling. Itâs not too bad, but wearing a pad/tampon like suggested on moderate/regular days is much more comfortable. The only thing Thinx really has on them is a sleeker design. These are a little thicker in the absorbent areas, where Thinx look and feel like regular panties. Itâs not really notable when you have them on, but it does take them longer to dry because of it.I definitely recommend them, especially for people with light to moderate flows. Itâs nice going through that time, and only having to remember to wear the right underwear.
will be a repeat customer for this pair!!!

final verdict first : ) LOVE LOVE THESE!!!I actually went back to lower my star-ratings for the 3 other pairs I've tried over about 2 yrs because I'm so happy with these!! BTW as a heavy bleeder & with any period panties, I consider them backup. It would be delusional for those with heavy periods to chance it alone, until it's winding down, medium-light stage...Been also using cloth pads for about 6 yrs (& though I'm sure the newer pads with waterproof layer etc absorb better than mine) they bunch up, move around etc & I also ride bike as transportation. So instead of replacing those in the near future, I'd rather get another pack of these. .- cute, comfy!- more protection than my modibodi pair (medium absorbency bikini) that was $27 for just ONE. Or the natratouch (same price to cheaper, $8-10ish each) that give you serious granny pantylines- just know the white lace will stain a bit if you soak them, which I expected anyway. But I got these for a specific purpose- which definitely was NOT for a cute pair of white lace undies. 3periods later- lace is unraveling a bit but I still am impressed & love these.------orig post: just LOOKING at these compared to the other cheaper & more expensive brands I have, the absorbent layer goes ALL THE WAY UP FRONT & back, ulike all the rest! looking fw to testing these out properly (not the bleeding bs haha)
Comfy sexy and no leaks

I love these! I've bought every different kind of period underwear this company makes. These are super comfortable and surprisingly sexy. I've never had a leak and I have a crazy heavy flow. They are easy to hand wash and they don't ever have a noticable smell or crinkle sound when you walk. Definitely worth the price.
Great quality & function, but made in China

When I received these and opened them up, I was so disappointed to see they're made in China. I thought I had done my research and found a quality, affordable, American made product.I decided to try them on anyway. I'm 5'7", 175 pounds, wear pants size 10-12. I ordered an XL. The fit is fantastic all around. I think I could have gotten a L and it would have fit well too. Noticed right away how incredibly soft they were. So I decided to keep both 3-packs that I ordered. When I washed them, they got even softer. I had to clean up some stray strings, but not nearly as bad as I expected from a China made product.I was camping when my period started, in the evening. It was a heavy night. Somewhat to my surprise, these panties didn't leak at all. Not only did they not leak, they didn't feel wet.I threw caution into the wind and used only the panties the rest of my period. I get very heavy moments. I've used a cup for 10 years and I've been known to over flow it. Despite that, I never had a single leak with the panties. I feel like they absorb quicker than a maxi pad. Unlike a pad, though, you forget you're wearing them. There is no sound, no odor, and they aren't bulky at all when they are on.I am completely and thoroughly impressed with every aspect of these. The quality and function exceeded my expectations. I'm taking one star because I feel like I was deceived about them being made in China. That's a big deal to me.
Cute and work well!

Iâve used these panties for three periods now and I love them! Not only do they look cute, but I havenât experienced any leakage. The most annoying part is cleaning them and waiting for the panties to dry, but that is to be expected with any period wear.Iâd recommend buying two or three pairs if you plan to only use the panties. Drying takes awhile (I hand wash and air dry). These have worked for me light to heavy flow days. They are also comfortable enough to sleep in.If youâre new to period panties, they basically feel like a pad (you know, the wet feeling). The crotch area constantly of thicker material than the sides. I recommend this product if you are looking for a reusable period product that is not a diva cup.
