Great posture support!

I am delightfully surprised with this. I was a little worried it would be more about lifting the girls but it surprisingly really helps correct the posture without being uncomfortable. I tend to have rounded shoulders and since having back injuries, I'm at a desk more than I like and that has made my posture worse. This is comfortable without being stiff or hot. Very breathable fabric, good support and easy to put on. Lifting the girls is just a good bonus. I would definitely recommend this if you find yourself slouching. Now a word of advice. I worked for a chiropractor for several years, when you wear one of these, only wear for a few hours to start or you might get sore. Also don't wear this ALL the time. If you do, your muscles will start to weaken instead of strengthen. Wear it for several hours and then go without and use your muscles to keep upright.
Make sure you get used to it first.

My first bit of advice on this - take time to get used to wearing it before you wear it in public! I made the mistake of wearing it to work and within two hours I had to sneak into the bathroom to take it off because I'm not used to being made to keep my shoulders back.I recently found out I have osteoarthritis and a huge bone spur in my left shoulder which is causing me severe pain. I mean miss work kinds of pain. One thing the orthopedist told me is I need to have better posture. I've always tried to keep my shoulders back but the fact is I'm a fat woman with a very large bust. (And no, losing weight won't help. I actually lost 60 pounds and they still stayed a DDD cup! What I need is plastic surgery but I can't afford that.) Until I can start physical therapy I thought it would be a good idea to buy a posture brace but the ones at the medical supply store are just too expensive.This seems to be doing the trick though. My shoulders are being held back in a proper position reliving some of the pressure on them. However, because I'm not used to it, yet, it is causing pain between the shoulder blades and just below the neck. However, I think as my shoulders get "trained" to be properly aligned and when I start physical therapy that will probably go away.Now for me it's not entirely invisible under my clothing. Remember, I AM fat, and I have what Dr. Sandra Lee AKA "Dr. Pimple Popper" would call a "buffalo hump," though not as large as some mine is still big enough that it pushes the straps up out of the neck of my clothing in the back about a half inch so if people bothered to look they'd see it. Hopefully this is something that physical therapy will help, but I doubt it because it's my understanding that like my extra large chest, it takes plastic surgery to get rid of a buffalo hump, and I don't have the money for that either. So unless someone out there can hook me up with Dr. Lee....Anyway, like I said at the start, take time to get used to it before wearing it out in public.

First off, I am obsessed with these body compression/support suits. They are helping me tremendously in reshaping my body post birth. This item interested me for reasons of the support for the back, smoothing out lumps and bumps and lifting of the breasts. The item came quickly and nicely packaged, I immediately put on the size 3X I had ordered. I am currently breastfeeding my 4 month old so was very happy that this item has an open front so I could still wear my breastfeeding bra without being too constricted in feeding my baby. The support of this had exceeded my expectations once I fully put it on! Definitely lifts well and smooths out! Also is a husband magnet lol My back feels better with the compression especially with the aches of breastfeeding back. It also makes me sit up straight while sitting, fixing my lazy habit of slouching especially when breastfeeding. I wore this all day in humid weather and took it off before bedtime. I didn't sweat as much as I would have thought! Overall very pleased with my purchase! Please try for yourself! Use the sizing chart provided by the seller and not Amazon, it is accurate!
Can be worn under clothes

I've had a slouched back ever since I was a kid and I've used posture correctors in the past. I finally found one that can be worn under clothing and not be visible. It's very comfortable too! I'm 5'2, 126 lbs, 36B and ordered a medium, and it fits perfectly. I like that it has hooks so I can adjust the size, and it is hardly noticeable under clothing. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to correcting your posture that doesn't cause discomfort, this is it.
Seems very well made but it does not come down long enough on back, itâs too short for me.

This product seems very well made. It doesnât fit me, it is too short and doesnât come down far enough on my back. I ordered an XXXL and itâs definitely big enough around but just doesnât fit my body right but Iâm pretty tall at 5â10. I wish it did fit me because it is exactly what I wanted and seems like it would work. 4/5 stars because if it did fit it would be perfect. Hoping I can find someone to give it to that can use it.

I originally bought this product to conceal some back fluff that makes me uncomfortable. However, not only does this do an excellent job at holding me in everywhere, itâs also awesome for a nice lift in the front!I also pair with some belly spanx for added slimming! Definitely recommend this product, just be sure to buy a size up than normal since they do run a little small.

This works pretty well. It gives a nice lift to your ladies but it also gives you back support and helps with posture. Make sure you measure to get the right size

This is for just the top part. I am also wearing a waist trainer (different product) that makes my pudge bulge out on the sides by my bra. This product does its job!Smooths out the side-flab so the bulges aren't visible in my shirt!Also, side bonus, apparently gives amazing cleavage lol
