Why all the negative reviews?

I love this bra! It's been my go-to bra for months. I'm in my 40's and I'm a 32B. This bra fits without gaping which is SO hard to find. It's padded so it hides what I want it to hide but there's not so much padding that it makes me look unnatural. The three [YES three!!] options for straps makes this bra incredibly useful and flexible. It not only turns into a "racer back" with cris-crossing straps, it allows me to adjust the width of the criss cross [wide X or narrow X]. AND the cups don't gape in all the strap positions. I have nothing negative to say about this bra.

I was a professional bra fitter for 2 years and this On Gossamer bra has remained one of my favorite bras. Its a very comfortable bra with nice coverage, too, and is a good choice for people with small busts, like me. (I am a 30D). When I received the bra in the mail one of the cups had a crease in it because the bra was folded in half. I wish it could have been packaged more thoughtfully.
Too small and cheap looking nylon construct

For the price, I'd expected this bra to rival items similar to what I'd find at Nordstrom Rack. This was not the case. The size was not reflective of how it actually fit. I tried it, then had a smaller, thinner friend put it on for comparison and heard her laughing from the other room, complaining of how it smashed her down. I'm not sure what the cup size truly is - maybe a B? I tried a bra on at the store of the size I'd bought this one in and it fit perfectly.
Scratchy Synthetic Material

This bra has a nice shape and fits pretty well. The cups are somewhat padded, which is a let down to me. I was looking for a true soft cup bra. The bra is made in China and 100% nylon. The fabric feels scratchy and irritating on my skin as soon as I put it on. I'm returning it to look for something with a softer fabric.
Band size too small

Ordered a 36 - it turned out to be a full size too small, more like a true 34. And they don't make size 38.Cup fit was also a bit weird, as other reviewers have mentioned.
I was not pleased with the fit

The fit is a bit odd for smaller cup sizes, these cups are molded with a bit of a point and can look quite odd if that is not your natural shape. I was not pleased with the fit.
