I bought this after a recommendation when I had an arm lift (brachioplasty) and ordered my regular size as most reviewers said it 'fit as expected'. However, after talking with the person who recommended it, they had ordered 2 sizes bigger than usual and it fit perfectly. When mine arrived, as I suspected, it was indeed 2 sizes too small. I have sent it back and am awaiting the new one. I ordered a 36 but I needed a 40. I would suggest that if you have had surgery, that you do the same. The actual garment is very soft, luxuriously comfortable around the bust and it would be a perfect solution post breast augmentation/reduction, but if you haven't had a breast surgery procedure, it can be very flattening, and I found that I would probably need to use a bra over the top of the garment to give myself more lift. I think this will be be the case even though it was too small. It is a very nice garment and I look forward to getting mine in the correct size.

The material is excellent, soft & silk like. I'm post op 5'7" 175 after breast lift, aug, & arm lift. Great compression for chest area I got 450cc implants. Would have given it a 5 star rating but the compression on my arms wasn't quite enough. I will be taking it to get altered because it's too comfortable to send back. If needed for breast only this garment is a 5.

This garment is just not correct for a woman. The sleeves are tight enough but the closure is to short and lands on the incision. Will be returning this

I had a breast reduction and needed another compression garment for my boobies. This was the most comfortable one I found. Best find for breast procedures you can find.

Disappointing. Fit very small across both front and back. The design does not have breast space -and is sewn flat across chest without darts, molding or gussets. Purchased a size 40. It measured 34â. I had to cut it and add a 4â panel in back. My wounds got worse.
