So far so good with this. It’s comfortable to wear and you can wear around the house while doing housework or renovations or just walking down the street or riding your bike.The zipper part starts from the bottom and it also has a hook at the top.It also has two wraparounds that are adjustable to your liking.

The best waist trainer I’ve got so far. I just love it. I wear it to the gym and around the house. I’ll definitely get another one.

Excellent quality trainer

I’m very impressed with the fit and feel of this trainer. Its made with quality material. It’s easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day. The Velcro straps help you really get that corset look. It has great stretch, yet it holds you firm. It even looks great wearing under clothes. Highly recommend this trainer.

This waist trainer has hook and eye closures that cover about two inches so you can adjust as needed. Then once you get the eyelets all hooked, you can adjust the velcro closure to make it tighter, if needed. Because this is neoprene and is going to make you sweat, I don't know if you will want to wear it out - except to the gym. Just wearing it around the house is going to make you sweat while you do normal housework.

Well made product. Thick and comfortable material. The Velcro is strong and it stays put where you adhere it. It fits true to size. I knocked stars because this thing will never train your waist. You need a true waist training bone in corset for that. This DOES make me sweat when wearing so it could be used as a sweat band to lose water weight and bloat. It is comfortable to wear and actually isn’t too visible under clothing.
