I have owed this exact purse for 2 years that I had bought at a local store. I liked it a lot so I ordered this purse to replace my old one which was just starting to look shabby. When I first received it the only difference I noticed from my old purse was a metal brand tag on the front, versus a gold ink brand stamp in the pleather of the new purse. Other than the branding on the outside they were identical. After using my new purse for a week I had a little stitching around the lower outside pocket come undone which seemed ok. Then the zipper on that pocket ripped away from the zipper fabric it was attached to and the zipper on the end with the loose stitching started to come out. I donât know if it just had a defective zipper or if it is a ârelicâ brand knock off. I returned the purse for a refund because the zipper broke and came off the pocket in the first week of use.

I bought the purse and carried it every day for about a month. the thread that fastens the front zipper came undone or broke away from zipper. The zipper is separating from the purse...and wont zip completely now. this was not a cheap purse and I am very dissatisfied. I wasn't going to bother with commenting. I spent time taking this purse to a tailor and a shoe repairman - neither can help me. I take care of my things so I know I did not overload this purse or abuse it. what are my options now?

I really like this bag, have purchased other colors in fact, however the zipper has broken on two of my bags. Very frustrating! I love the roominess without the bulky feeling and feel it is very comfortable and easy to find my items. I am just sad that the zipper has broken (the top one and then the middle zipper on another bag) and not from me pulling on the zippers either, just everyday use. I don't overfill my bag (back issues so I try to keep my bags light) so I am sad about this. I still gave it four stars as I really do like this bag, just not happy with the zippers. I might see if someone can replace the zippers for me, if I can find anyone.

UPDATE: I purchased this purse in October. Did not start carrying it until December. It is January and the main zipper has started to come apart from the seams already. I still love these purses but I am so disappointed that this is no longer usable and I am unable to return it.This is my second purchase of this purse. (If you love it, buy it in every color sort of thing.) I absolutely love this purse! It is extremely well made, has just enough room for what I need without being bulky and can be adjusted to wear as a cross-body. Highly recommend!

The strap came undone after short time of use. The stitching came right out. I just carry a wallet, a pocket calendar, chapstick, and my cell phone. Very light weight. I've bought these purses from Kohl's and never had a problem. Disappointed.

It's a nice looking bag but it is NOT the one in the picture. I specifically chose to purchase this bag because I liked the detail of the metal name plate. The one I received had Relic lightly printed at the bottom which will probably get scraped off in no time. The c is barely on there. I may be sending it back.

I absolutely love this purse. I think its size is just right for me - it holds plenty in such a compact space. I love how simple yet elegant it looks, I can take this to a concert or a 5 star restaurant. The strap is comfortable and the color is beautiful and still pretty neutral so I don't feel it clashes with anything I wear. My one and only critique would be that I've had this purse for probably a month or two and inside, one of the pockets has lost a little of its stitching which is an easy fix, I haven't gotten around to it yet. Even with that single flaw, I'd buy it again.

Super cute. The red color is awesome - not too bright, but very fun. This style of purse is awesome. The front pouch fits a smart phone perfectly. The second pocked has slots of cards and I use it as my "wallet" with cash, coins, etc in there. The largest pocket is perfect for sunglasses, car keys, etc. Love this cross body so much I have it in three colors.

This is about an inch too short to place my wallet vertically. My wallet has to lie flat to fit, and so my sunglasses donât fit as itâs not deep enough to place side by side. Itâs not a huge wallet, and I wouldnât be willing to use a different wallet as Iâm using the Dave Ramsey cash only method. The zipper is also an issue because it curves around the edges so with you open it all the way it is hard to close again. I can already see the zipper teeth separating at that point. Itâs a pretty purse otherwise but I donât recommend unless you have very minimal stuff to carry. It does have card slots so itâs not necessary to carry a wallet if you only use cards.

I'm not the biggest fan of the colour - I thought from the pictures it would be a hint more purpley - but it's not bad. I love the purse itself. I am a fan of extra front pockets for quick cell phone and keys access, and it's just right inside too. The quality seems excellent - very nice, durable material and the zippers move very well without ever getting stuck or being sticky. I like it so much that I will probably get a different colour when winter is over! (or if there is a sale!)

This bag is as close to perfection as I can imagine! It is small enough to feel comfortable under my seat-belt when driving, or to hide under the seat if I have to leave it in the car for a few minutes; yet it is roomy enough to hold a few reusable shopping bags. It also has few enough pockets that I can find things easily.

It's a small purse but on the larger side with plenty of compartments and card slots. Tougher exterior, won't damage or stain. Easy to wipe with a cloth. The shoulder strap is a little stiff. Hoping that will relax with use.

A mà esposa le encantó. Los materiales se siente bien, el color y tamaño perfecto entre discreción y practicidad. Le quitó una estrella porque el cierre se llega a atorar al abrir por completo el mismo.

I use this purse when travelling. Adequate pockets, good quality, many security features but a bit smaller than I like so also bought the next larger size as well.

llegó más grande de lo que yo esperaba, pero es el tamaño perfecto!!se puede usar sobre un solo hombro o cruzada, le caben muchas cosas (aunque para optimizar espacio cambié mi cartera por un monedero)lo único que se necesita hacer para no batallar, es sacar el zipper por completo, porque se atora un poco al abrirla completa
