well i got the large and for me it is not as large as i thought. like i have to use both of the things for it to really make an impact. so if you are looking for a wow difference not really but it does give a subtle lift. i am not returning it because i am travelling and it is better to have something to help the girls than nothing. I don't feel it sticking to my breast, maybe i should take the wrap off or something but it is aight.

Bit on the small side

I ordered these for my wife, they were quite a bit smaller than we expected so they really did not make a lot of difference.

The small is REALLY small. I’m a 32A and it’s too small for me. I think it’s more for people who don’t have anything at all.

Hot to wear

I sweat with them in my bra. They do help me fill up the cup. Only wear them when I need to complete a look.

I wear these everyday. They give me that extra lift and padding that I'm looking for. Great product! No complaints
