Disappointing

Seller. You sent this product and through the delivery the item became defective. The product appeared to be sent as though a massive weight was put on top leaving stress marks in the item. Will these eventually go away after time??? It's such a neat item and my wife was pleased with the product. However, these stress marks are not acceptable. Shame! You should send the item with the handles inside the bag. Hopefully next time. Such a waste.
Don't doubt the purchase, just buy it!

Yassss girl, don't doubt it. Just buy it. The 'purple'bag is the color of the photo (I was worried the photos lied like they sometimes do on Amazon) it came packaged so well I needed scissors and a pry bar but--- it was in perfect condition. It's well made and I love the height on the side straps because they fit over my shoulder perfectly and are adjustable. Does come with extra side straps. This. Thing. Is. Perfect. For. The. Price.

I needed a bag that I could put my laptop in for work, but I also wanted a functioning purse so I didn't need to carry 2 things. This is great! It holds everything, has multiple pockets and can be worn as a tote or a satchel.

A purchased this as a Christmas present for my mother and she absolutely loves it. She loves it so much that she wants to use it as a purse instead!

Iâm not sure what this brand is, but it is a beautiful laptop bag. Lots of little storage compartments, although I would like to see more expandable space. It is durable and the hooks are beautiful for the over the arm strap

Nice bag but the bag ripped on side and wish Iâd gotten the black. The purple isnât as vibrant as in person. The packaging was really nice.

Love it! Great bag for the price and I get a fair amount of compliments on it! I use it mainly as a purse where I can fit diapers/wipes as well as papers.
