Great bag and great buy!

This bag looks just like the photos - itâs very professional and sleek. I love that the arm straps are long enough to carry it on my shoulder without even needing to use the included long single strap. I work from home three days a week, and in the office Mondays and Thursdays, so every time I go into the office I need to bring my laptop with me. This bag has been great for that, and I can tell itâs going to be very durable.My only complaint, and itâs small and also probably unfair, is that I wish it was a bit deeper (wider? I donât mean the height of the bag or the side-to-side width, but the front-to-back width). When I put my laptop in, thereâs not much room for anything else because the top of the bag is so narrow. But like I said, this is probably unfair because the dimensions are posted clearly.

I absolutely loved this bag until it broke. Iâve only been using it for about 5 weeks now and the strap broke off today. Completely unrepairable. I only had a laptop, notebook and small book inside when the strap broke. Iâm so disappointed because I love this bag otherwise.

Great looking laptop bag. Holds a ton of stuff in addition to the computer. Looks beautiful and a lot more expensive than it is. I just received it so I can't speak to durability, but so far I'm very happy with it.
Exchange help for a barely used product

I ordered this product on December 27,2018 and the strap and clip broke on 2/8/19. My return window closed on 1/31/19. Over that time period the bag was barely used, how can I process an exchange? The material seemed like good quality! Bummed after spending the money I barely used it for a month all together.

The bag is beautiful, very professional appearance and color is exactly as it appeared. I have a 15â laptop and it fits perfectly, with room to spare for an average sized text books or several folders. I like the pockets inside. The only thing I can say is my charger is a bit large for the pockets. I am very pleased with my order.

This looks like a high quality, expensive bag. I needed something to fit my iPad, laptop, 8.5x11â planner, and all of the other stuff you can find in a purse PLUS I wanted a shoulder strap and for it not to be ugly and cost $200. This bag is PERFECT! I got the grey and itâs a very nice shade of grey. It was also packaged very nicely too-I definitely recommend this for anyone who has a ton of stuff to carry around for work!

Parece más cara de lo que realmente es, sin embargo eso no es importante. Cumple muy bien con todo lo demás. Me hubiera gustado más acojinado el compartimiento de la laptop. Veremos cómo se comporta el material exterior con el uso.
