So I received panties today and I will be keeping the package of four. I included pics of different measurements from right out of the package- so I will have to measure again after washing them. Please note that I was able to stretch the top of waistband from the 11 1/2 " to 14" without over stretching. These panties are size small. They fit snug as I expected but not binding. They are not as "high waisted" as I wanted - compared to another brand new size small regular full coverage brief bought retail- these are 1/2 " taller. These are full coverage briefs. The color is more peach than beige or nude. I picked the size based on the measurements listed but allowed for the stretch described in other reviews. I am 5' tall and weigh just under 140 lbs on a good day. I am short waisted so the top hits me right on my bottom rib - it doesn't curl or roll down but slips off my rib. I hoped for more height like a shaper but smoothing only - not "tight" - and high enough to stay over the lower to mid part of my rib cage. I live in south USA and need mostly cotton underwear because of heat and humidity. I am past the 50 year mark, have had 2 c- sections, and have lost over 50 pounds in the last 5 years. I need support and shaping help every day but very light help. I have the true shapers for the special occasion wear. So I am giving these 4 stars because I feel that the color is off and that the panty is not really high waisted - it is more like "a little higher waisted" than typical full coverage briefs. The material is soft with a little stretch as I expected from a mostly cotton with a little spandex fabric. Also, I love the wide waistband even though they use narrow elastic underneath.UPDATE: so I added 4 more photos of same panties with measurements for after washing and drying. Just a note, I wash underwear with towels - warm or hot water and dry on medium high heat - which is not the directions given by sellers so some of the shrinkage is due to not following the care instructions.

My son was born 4 wks ago by c section and my abdomen is still tender so these underwear are great for me because they aren't very tight around the waistband or "control top" fitting. I still feel supported though which is nice. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend for postpartum! Very comfy!(I am a size 10 and ordered these in a size Medium, fits comfortably snug)

I feel like women's bikini/brief style underwear have been becoming increasingly "cheeky" over the last 10 years, and a look at this year's swimsuit trends would seem to confirm. Unfortunately the cheek-half-hanging-out look is not only uncomfortable in my opinion, it is deeply unflattering when it becomes a visible panty line. These actually cover your entire "cheek" so the elastic falls in the preexisting crease between buttock and thigh, which not only keeps them from riding up, it makes for a much more subtle panty line. I really have to be looking to see these under tight pants or leggings, whereas the more "average" coverage panties I have tend to put the panty line smack dab in the middle of my butt cheek, which makes what should be my most appealing asset look lumpy (in an undesirable way). I also like the cotton material. One minus: I'm not sure why there's that extra seam under the waistband in front. I was kind of expecting that whole panel to be a taller, but less constrictive waistband (I have leggings and thigh highs with that style of band, so I thought maybe underwear makers had figured out that it's better, but nah). There is actually a thin elastic band sewn into the top of that strip. Also the elastic in the back half of the waistband is thinner than the elastic in front -- not sure why. All in all the waistband is a little weird, not gonna lie, but it's also not bad... just confusing.

Exceptionally well designed waist band and great customer service!!

Plus size woman who generally hates underwear here! Have I finally found my match? So my issue with low riders is that even when they are comfy, if I'm wearing something thin the lower tummy looks a little weird, or if I'm wearing something with a zipper and a high waist, my pants will dig into my skin and the upper seam of the panties will just add pinch to the chaos. So I usually skip them. There are high waist thin ones that are fine but give no support. There are high waist thick ones that give good support but become uncomfortable after awhile, especially with a great deal of stand up sit down run around take the stairs, etc. These were a gamble on my part. Full honesty, I thought at the price point they would be fine. But only fine. In fact, they are the only underwear I don't hate! I get good support but not enough that it's uncomfy, they breathe, don't roll, and don't dig in anywhere. The seams are very well done and the liner gusset makes these feel waaaay more expensive than they are!I think the trick may be the waistband. It is about two+ inches of the stretch fabric folded over with a seam, which is normal enough. HOWEVER, the engineering genius who put these together put an elastic band that is MUCH thinner than the whole waistband. Which means, you get the elastic band insert (like, a stretchy drawstring) that is maybe only half inch at the top, holding the panties securely without digging, then 1.5 inches of the double layers of fabric doing the rest of the holding in. The effect is quite comfortable, as the upper elastic will settle in the natural waist area, but not tug from above or below. AND you've still got the sturdy stretch fabric band below, so they ain't going anywhere, but they aren't crushing my organs or creating puckering along the seams. Very even support.I hate having things touch my tummy but I love these. Worth a try, for sure!Update: EXCELLENT customer service. Literally the best I've interacted with ever

These undies are literally butter-soft against my skin. They fit great and are really comfortable. I've experienced no ride up, I really love that they stay in place. I recommend this purchase.
