Have not used it to work out in yet. But I am 5â8 and about 190 to 200 lbs and a size 14 normally. I got a 3x. I feel like I could wear it to work out or under a t shirt for normal use (that you can sweat during).
Sizes are confusing

The sizes on these are so confusing. It shows if your bust size is 36-38 then you will need size 12-14, which in US size that is what I wear, but the Sauna vest came in a 3XL, so I returned it and ordered a 2 smaller sizes and I received a 2XL size 10-12 and a XL size 8-10.. Now I have to return these and try and get a Large which I'm hoping is the size 6-8. Product size should be listed as such . 3XL, 2XL, XL and so on. Not misleading by puting numbers.
Comfortable but not enough lift

I may have bought this a little big. I was scared off by reviews that remarked on how small this ran - realistically I could have sized down. This fits comfortably but I think because it's not quite small enough, it doesn't provide the lift I'd hoped for. I tried it on with a dress.Happy to report no weird panty-lines - I'd assumed that would be dicey, but it was actually totally fine, but still not a lot of lift. Also, really good quality, light-weight material - love the quality of these - on par with high-end department store intimate wear.Not sure these can be exchanged because they are an intimate item and so inexpensive anyway.For reference I purchased a size LARGE. I'm about 5'4" and 127lbs, a size 28-29" waist and size 8ish pants depending on brand.

It doesnt stay in place and it creates back fat !! Not recomended for anything that you wear thats strapped.

The material is great but the stitching sucks. As soon as I tried it on, one of the hooks came off and another one almost came off the stitching. I received it super fast I was excited to try it on. The sizing wasnât what I expected. I ordered and XS but it fits me like a medium. I weighed 124 lbs. I literally have an old waist trainer thatâs a medium and fits me tighter than this so I thought an XS would definitely give me more of and Hour glass shape and help me waist train and loose the weight that I need to after having my baby. Iâm a bit disappointed.

Fits as expected, I am 166 pounds and 5â8. I ordered a medium which fits around my waist but under my arms seems to have a little extra fat busting out. I am still going to wear this and push to get to my weight goal!
Doesnt make u sweat as much

Product arrive in a timely fashion.. It fits a littlw roomy which i dont like... And it doesnt make u sweat as much. So i have to use a sweat belt in conjunction with this.. Which i dont like. I wouldnt order again

This product did not help my fats at the bottom of my stomach. Its very light fabric. If your looking for something to hold u in its no this.
