33/30/43 my measurements. 3x is the size I wear for my weight loss journey, and comfortable at this size. 2x is to small for me to breath in. If your hip size is between 42-44, please get a 3x and save the trouble of sending back for exchange. I hope this helps.

Item arrived sooner than expected and was exactly as described, just so darn tight. Definitely not a stage one surgical recovery garment. Maybe stage two, which I needed but it still hurt like hell getting in this contraption. However, I can honestly say it was worth the hell cause this is quality material and it's working beautifully for compression, minimizing swelling and just improving my ability to move around and look good while healing. I'm 5'4, 150, normally wear a M or L. I ordered a 2X. Hope this helps!

one of the best faja on the market .. true size .. I am 5'6 and 180 pounds. and I went for an L, try the first time. and I was lazy, and I did not get up, the second time was expanded a little more and closed it and I have a little waist that will give you envy OMG amazing

Have your cell phone ready because you will need the jaws of life to get out. I wear a size 5-6, usually about a medium, I ordered a large in black to smooth things out for a wedding. Have you ever tried to shove Pillsbury biscuit dough back into the tube? It doesn't work and either did this body shaper. For the price I was expecting something made for a "real" woman's body. If you can fit into this you probably don't need it. I still break out in a cold sweat thinking about it. Not true to size. You will need O2.

Make sure you measure yourself correctly,. When you put it on don't put on any oils, flip the thigh bands to make it easier to pull up, suck in your stomach and try to wear it a least 5hrs the first day. It will get easier. I've lost 6 inches around my waist in 2 months. I love this garment.

Well.. I'm sure glad I chose the 3x. The reason I gave it 3 stars isn't because of the super tightness because I can get it on & it will work out fine as I lose a few more pounds. The reason for 3 stars is because of the lace leg part. I love that it has the silicone stick to them but they are too loose for my legs so it doesn't stick to them. It's hangs loose but above the lace is like the rest of the body. I'm going to keep it & will buy another one down the road. I like the material & the whole concept. I imagine if I wear it a couple of times it will form better to my shape as a few other reviewers spoke about. I'm 180 pounds, 5'6". Hips 47 & waist 36. I'm certainly glad I got the 3x. Overall, a really great product. Looking forward to wearing it out.
Be sure to buy a couple sizes up

I wouldnât recommend following the sizing chart. If you do, the product is guaranteed to be too small, which is the reason Iâm giving the product 4 stars. Iâm 5â2â and weigh 184 and I bought a 3X. It definitely sucks it all in. You can bend over and walk with ease, but if you are seated for hours at a time it can become a tad bit uncomfortable. I attached some photos of what it looks like from the front and side and I found the best photo I had of the âpudgeâ so you can see what it looked like before I put it on. Overall, for the price, Iâm satisfied with the product.

The quality of this garment is exceptional, specially for the price! It is very well constructed. Iâm 5â2â and around 130lbs and Iâm also 4 wks post op (liposuction) and still have lots of swelling. I have a short torso and since I also had a breast lift, other garments ran way too high and compressed my scars but I didnât have a problem with this one. Even tough I loved it, I had to return it due to sizing. Let me tell you: it is WAY off! I broke a sweat trying to get the garment on and could bot even close the first button. I bought a size M, which was the recommendation for my measurements but there was no way Iâd be able to get into it. Maybe in a couple of months when Iâm no longer swollen, weâll see. I reordered another one XL. I think the L would be ok for me but Iâm currently using lateral and ab boards and that ads a couple of inches to my waits area. I will definitely buy this again, though, for everyday wear once Iâm all healed.

The shipping was very fast. The item is well made. Definitely a quality piece. Unfortunately it was too big for me. I was able to slip it right on and close it no problem... so there wasn't any compression for me. I gave it to my mother who is a little bigger than me and she loves how it compressed the abdomen smoothly shapes her body.
