Too many pockets
Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2018
This was exactly the style of bag I was looking for, but my one complaint, if you can believe it, is that there were too many pockets. While I appreciate the ability to organize and separate, I thought the number of pockets was overdone, and I feared I would spend more time opening zippers trying to remember what I put where. I found another style from Volcanic Rock called "Women Multi Pocket Crossbody Bag Large Shoulder Bag Lightweight Purse and Handbags Travel Pocketbooks" which is very, very similar. There are a few subtle differences, namely one large pocket in the back and one of the interior pockets seemed larger and big enough to hold my camera and a spare lens. The styles are the same as is the price point.
Zippered pockets galore!

I absolutely love this purse! It has so many zippered pockets I can't stand it. I like keeping all of my stuff separated & organized & this purse is perfect. I even have 1 or 2 empty ones for future items I really don't need to carry, lol. I did attach a pin to the front so I know which pockets were which. It made it much easier to figure the front from the back for me. The color is great too. The dark purple is exactly the color I wanted. Sometimes the purples are deceiving but this one is a really dark purple & I love it, not the cranberry color they like to call purple. I like the vinyl material (easy to wipe off), the adjustable strap is super long, the zippers are strong & it's very overall very durable. I am rough on purses but after using it every day since I got it it still looks like new. If you like keeping your items separate in different compartments this is the best purse to get.
So far, it's perfect.

So far, I love it. I'm a little concerned about the zippers being nylon instead of metal and wonder how they will hold up. I've had a Volcanic Rock bag before that the zipper failed me (just past the last date to return, of course). I needed a shoulder bag because I am on a cane (hip surgery) and all the shoulder bags I've tried before are either too heavy, or too bulky, or too stiff. This bag is neither of those things. The bag has a nice shoulder strap that cross-body's just fine. I like the lightweight fabric (kinda canvas) of the the bag, itself, so there's no extra weight when it's holding my things. I can carry my Kindle with room to spare, plus headphones, plus all the "important-stuff-I-can't-live-without" that seem to be required for survival in today's society.IF I have future issues, I'll do an update.
Great color, very well made

Well made, lots of pockets. Too small for a messenger bag, itâs a purse.
Functional, lightweight and basic. I like it a lot - just a minor quirk.

I ordered this bag because I wanted something lightweight for an everyday functional bag, and I also wanted a lot of pockets in the bag (which I LOVE - I'm still discovering new pockets - this bag has zippered pockets galore) to organize my stuff. The bag perfectly fits the bill. I got the smaller size, and it is a perfect size to hold all of my essential daily stuff - not too small and also not too big. Just a perfect size really! It also doesn't have the company logo on the bag, which is awesome!! I don't particularly like ugly logos on my stuff and this back is completely plain!!! The only little quirk is that the back of the bag looks almost identical to the front of the bag (same look, same number of pockets), so that it was hard to tell at first which side was the front of the bag vs. the back of the bag, because it looks practically identical on both sides (I realized later that ONE pocket has rounded edges, and I guess that is the main distinguishing characteristic that you can use to tell which side is which). Why does this matter? I live in NYC and often use the front pocket of my bag to store my public transit Metrocard for quick access. Anyone who lives in NYC and uses the subway or bus knows that you have to have your card instantly accessible, because you are often running to catch your ride!! If I have a bag where I can't tell which side is which, I'll be busy wrangling with my bag to find my card while I miss my train! I decided to get a very small and discreet zipper charm to hang off the zipper so that I can easily tell which side my card is on (even though I'm not crazy about cheesy zipper charms, which I never use.) That's the only minor little irritation with the bag. Otherwise, it's a great little bag and is light on the shoulder!
The perfect bag for all my stuff

I bought this bag because I wanted a nice looking bag with a lot of compartments that was also big enough to hold my tablet or a large hardback book. This book more than takes care of hauling all my stuff as well as whatever book form I am reading. It is not at all dressy, but in black it is very unobtrusive. I love it!
big enough to hold a planner that is approx 7"X9", and alot of other stuff
Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2019
I bought this because it is supposed to be big enough to hold all my work stuff(not my lunch). It does hold my planner, phone, umbrella, and a few other items. This is not super well made, the liner in each section is just as happy to be outside the purse as inside. The purse has almost no shape of it's own, but that is what makes it so light. As one reviewer said, there are a ton of pockets, way more than I really need. and each side of the purse looks so similar that I am not sure how I am going to keep track of what's in each pocket. Ultimately, it's cheap and it holds a lot of stuff, including my day planner which is roughly 7X9 inches. I'm going to keep it and use it until I find something more suitable and less confusing.
Not quite big enough
Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2019
The Bag was everything the Description said; it just wasn't quite big enough for me. The Main Pocket accommodated 8 1/2 x 11 sized Documents, but IF you needed to pull something out quickly, it might require a bit of a tug. But, I also packed the Bag to the max. Otherwise, it would have been perfect! However, I did find another very similar, slightly bigger Bag, by the same Manufacturer, that works perfectly (Crossbody Bags for Women, Multi Pocket Shoulder Bag Waterproof Nylon Travel Purses and Handbags).
