I've never written a helpful review before but I'd like for this one to be helpful. These "slips" are fantastic. My order arrived yesterday. I got 1 of the chiffon and 3 of the 100% cotton. They are exactly the right length at 24" and very lightweight. Perfect for my purpose. I ordered them to wear under some handkerchief hem skirts that are a little too revealing above the knee. I bought multiple colors of these slips to match up with different skirts. This layer looks like it is part of the skirt rather than looking like my "slip" is slightly showing where the handkerchief-style hem corners overlap. Neither the chiffon or the cotton is typical nylon slip fabric so keep that in mind. The waistbands are about 1" tall so that is different than the typical slip that has a very slim waistband. This larger waistband will add a bit of bulk when wearing under a skirt. Another great point here though is that this slip would make a FANTASTIC skirt but will, of course, need a slip worn under it. I am going to order more of these in a longer length to wear as skirts. I will order the chiffon in the future. I like it much better than the cotton. Something else to mention is that the white and ivory are so close in color that there is no point in ordering both. I wish I wouldn't have. The slips are shipped from China and require a signature upon delivery but mine arrived very quickly.

From my wife: Fits great. High quality fabric and construction. The beige works great as an extender. The shipping takes time but it was worth it.

I got this slip to go under a dress I got that was way to short. The color matches perfectly. It is a little bulky but not to noticeable.

this is a great item to wear under any dress i usually like to make some dress a little longer, so this 28" is perfect.. can never find navy... i am ordering another one..
