More medium than high impact sports bra

Although it is advertised as a high impact sports bra, Running Girl bra is more geared for medium impact activities, like pilates, because it does not control the bounce when I jump around. I like that its design prevents any embarrassing exposure: The material is thick enough, and the top of the bra has high coverage - especially helpful during downward dog-like yoga exercises. I am between sizes, 38C, so I ordered the XL and removed the two pads. It fits all around, but I could use more support from the bottom band because it rides up a bit. The L size probably would have been too tight across the chest. The pattern and black and grey color scheme are great. I am getting much use out of this sports bra, but it falls short during high impact workouts.
Fits Well & Supports

I ordered a size XL because that is what is recommended on the manufacturer's size chart for a 40C. This bra fits pretty well and offers support and holds the girls in place for higher impact excercise (ie: jogging). The width of the band going around is good and it doesn't dig in. The racerback style is nice, but the back of the neckline is a little high and does ride up on the nape of the neck when sitting. It's a bit annoying, but tolerable. That seems to be the only annoyimg spot on the bra and isn't a problem if I'm standing.

Really comfortable, I ordered a size medium and it fit just right. I normally wear a 36 b.
