Okay so I got these because I have super heavy periods - like weâre talking I bleed like 3x the average amount of blood loss over the duration of a period in ONE DAY. And I wish I was exaggerating. To cut down on waste, I bought a menstrual cup a couple years ago. I love it. But I have been leaking through it like crazy. Yes, my doctors know about this and due to my family history, it is likely endometriosis related, so donât be scared of my bleeding! So I got these as a supplement - please note that I did not get these as a substitute for my primary product. First of all, what a GREAT deal! Most of these period panties are super expensive. These ones are reasonably priced and you get more of them! Second of all, as a severely heavy bleeder, I was skeptical of panties being able to catch all of the blood that leaks. But let me tell you, I am on my heaviest flow day right now and these bad boys have not even leaked a little. Not even through the underwear. Normally, at this point in the day I would have a stain on my butt, but no more! These are a game changer, and if you leak at all with any of your menstrual products, BUY THESE!!!! You will not regret it. Plus theyâre not ugly and they fit nice, which is always a bonus!

As a bigender/trans, non-transitioning, I spend lots of days âfemaleâ and there isnât a lot of good recommendations or solid info for daily comfortable hiding of âthe bulgeâ. I have tried gaffs which are super uncomfortable and slip sometimes, hiding underwear marketed on this site for this reason tends to work well but the sewn-in foam inserts are mostly counterproductive and I donât get that nice flat look.I ordered these hoping just a layered panty would do the trick, and they do not disappoint! Layered with pretty much ANYTHING they give me the look and feel I am after, are quite comfortable and wearable for hours without a lot of readjusting needed. I also feel âcuteâ and more womanly, so my day to day needs are met. I donât have to âtuckâ, tape, or use a gaff anymore.No other product I have tried yet has done this for me - period panties for the win!!!

These are AMAZING! I was hesitant at first but they really do work! They do fit a bit tight but Iâm not sure if thatâs because they are supposed to, since itâs for your period, or if I just right. But itâs not uncomfortably tight. The one thing I did notice is that if thereâs too much blood, it will start to go though a bit but it never reached my clothes. I typically wear pads which I would always worry if the pad was covering everything but with this thereâs no worry! Now it does say that the underwear lasts 8 hours with a regular flow, which it can be complicated to change your underwear if youâre out for the day, what I did is wear a pad for the first half of the day then take it off for the second half of the day. You also do have to hand wash, or wash alone with cold water and air dry. Which is honestly worth it. My only regret is not getting 2 packs to last though my whole period

Love, love, love, these period panties. This is the first time I have ever used or worn period panties and I cant believe I have been missing out all these years! I use them after the first couple of days of my period as my only line of defense and works great! No leaks! And I've never felt "wet" or uncomfortable the way it feels with pads. Also there is no riding up. As a 1987 baby I feel like more of us should be buying and trying these. They seem so much more sanitary than pads and tampons ugh. At this point I am just waiting for my young daughters to get thier periods so I can buy them these asap. They can avoid so much unneeded stress of a period especially as teenagers. I'm definately buying more for myself too! I bought medium and am 5,4" 130lbs. Fit perfectly.

I bought these for my 14 year old who has heavy periods. She used to be nervous to go to school on heavy days because she can't always get to the bathroom as often as she needs. These have helped her not to worry about it and be able to go to school with more confidence. They've also been great at night. Now she can sleep over at friends' houses without having to bring a towel to lay under her. The smallest size offered when I ordered these was a Large, but they fit my daughter (who is about a size 4) just fine.

The panties seem to run small. Particularly around the leg openings. I find them a bit uncomfortable and agree with another reviewer who said the material is strange. And just as a disclaimer, I have only worn these during one period, but that was definitely long enough to find the limitations of these period panties.The first time I wore them was at night as a backup with my menstrual cup. My flow was heavy enough that the cup wasn't enough. I'm not sure how long I bleed into them before I woke up, but when I did the math it was probably an hour or so. The panties hadn't been able to contain everything and my clothes were stained, which was a bummer.To be fair, they are only advertised as leak proof not overnight or absorbent, but I was hoping they'd do better so I could wear them as a nighttime backup.Next I tried them during the daytime. I did leak into the panties before I could get to a restroom to empty my cup, but I was surprised again by how little the panties could actually hold. One small leak filled the entire crotch area and I don't think the panties would have held up beyond that.I would definitely say these only hold the equivalent to an ultra-thin panty liner. Because of this, I will not be wearing them at night again, because you have to be able to get to a restroom the moment you start leaking into the panties.

These are great for medium to light flow. I can't comment too much for heavy days because I have a normal flow cycle and use mentral cups but I like to wear these before and after my heavy days instead of panty liners. They also came in handy when I had my IUD placed. Very environmentally friendly.
