5'4"/126 pounds/purchased a small. I purchased and tried on many types and sizes of shape wear this was my favorite. I like the fact that the sizing is accurate. It has eye hooks and a zipper so it is more snug than a traditional pull up style. It has fewer seams than others which is nicer on the skin. I love the capri length because it never rides up and is undetectable under clothing. It has the widest crotch opening and one could even have a BM if they didn't want to pull it down. It also does not smash your butt. The one thing that I didn't like and hence the 4 stars is that it is too long on my torso so I just don't zip it all the way up and then I tuck it under my bra. The legs are tight so I pull that up and adjust first, then I squeeze the mid section up, close the eye hooks and the zipper glides right up.

I love how it holds my tummy in and lift my buttocks. What I love most is that itâs so comfortable and you can drop it low and bring it back up without feeling like you canât breathe. You can have this on all night.
