overall the waist trainer does its job. Have been wear it for couple of days to train. hopefully i see the result fast. one thing i dislike is the waist only have 1 zipper locked. So if I feel that the waist is reduce in size I cannot reuse the waist size again. overall fit the description. Feel tight when put it on

I'm 5'3 189lbs and I bought a small (because my stomach protrudes out after having my daughter) I will say your gonna have to have some strength the 1st couple of times putting this on its very snug does not fold bend or roll and is very undetectable even in fitted clothing great product and worth every penny best waist trainer I've ever bought.

I love the waist cincher corset, I ordered a small and it fits nice and tight, which I wanted it to be. I wear it when Iâm going out for a run, I apply sweet sweat cream first and it makes me sweat a lot. I have gone thru 3 different waist trainers but this one is the one for me and will re order again just to have a second one. I love that it zips and then Velcroâs as well, it stays put and itâs just a great product!UPDATE: I ordered two more, I can rotate them. I pretty much wear it every time I workout or go out for a run!

The first time put on the feeling is not le, the fabric is very comfortable to wear, shaping effect is very good, very suitable for me this kind of belly proud flesh more, really regret did not buy this kind of waist earlier, and the use will not feel very stuffy, personal feeling is also very suitable for just gave birth to a child's treasure mother use, abdominal effect is great.

Itâs made with care - the quality is superb. I love the zipper function because I donât have the patience for hooked corsets. This is especially beneficial for women that have to wake up and leave in a hurry for work! Thereâs no excuse to not get this thing on before leaving the house, because it takes no time to put on.I will say that itâs really sad that the largest size of this specific product is a 3XL - the one I purchased. I measure 44â on my waist and I am 5â4â, 220lbs. This thing BARELY fit me. I had to pull the zippered part together with one hand, tightly, to zip it up all the way.It feels nice and tight though and is smoothly placed across my stomach and back, and doesnât bunch up at all. Itâs also very snug and luckily isnât too tight where itâs painful! I guess I lucked out with the minimal size options. I wish there were better options for thicker women like myself.My back feels great! My posture is adjusted nicely and surprisingly does show under my clothes as much as I expected. If you are wearing a tight shirt, it will definitely show where you wrap the Velcro. Overall good product, just needs more size options and wish it was more concealable.

This is a great waste trainer. Made very well. Great for the gym. Highly recommend following the size chart. I normally wear a large. The size chart recommends XXXL and it fits great. I'm 5'4 and 170. Make sure measure your waste. Good product.

The seller falsely listed this item. The product description specifically stated "steel boned." This waist trainer didn't just NOT have steel bones, it didn't have any bones at all. I purchased two of these items. And did so because it was one of the few yhat stated "steel boned" and is the main reasonI choose this particular item. I ordered 2 at the same time from the same link. (One size medium in purple and another size large in blue.)
