Cottonique is a godsend for those with latex/spandex allergies
Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2014
If you're limited in terms of fabric for your intimate wear due to allergies, Cottonique is your go-to. The fit was a little large for me, but not overly so (and the next smallest size would have been too small). For the price, it's a great value, and the look is quite stylish and modern, especially compared to other brands of all-cotton bras. I wish there was a place to tuck the extra button at the ribcage once I've adjusted it to fit (maybe a button inside the band?). As it is, I tuck it into the band and it's an OK solution. Overall, I like the bra and I think it's a quality product.
love the bra
Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2015
chose size 7 even though it was a size smaller than what their website stated i would need.usually a full 38b to c in bras and 36" around my ribcage . there are three buttons and right now i use two for a larger fit if i can lose some weight i could use all three buttons. love the bra, no itch or discomfort and it stays cool for me. undo the buttons on the side and slip over your head. the fastening of these tiny buttons...i had to sit down to fasten them.the straps are working fine and i don't have them tight against my shoulders and the cups are not tight for me as there's still is a bit of room there. i paid about 15.00 per bra and felt this was a great deal. my next investment will be the front closure bra they offer for easeof closing. i wash bra in the machine and hang dry. i don't see/feel any signs of latex, elastic or spandex in this bra.when bending over my boobs don't come out. for an older lady like myself i love the comfort this bra gives me.in my opinion it is not a sexy stylish bra so if that is a requirement to buy/i would not suggest this bra. latex free is a limited market.
Not meant for broad shoulders

I really do like the bra, but unfortunately it fits as expected, which is not a good thing. If you are like me and have always had a hard time finding a bra because there is just not enough strap available to have the bra properly fit, move on and look for a bra elsewhere. As you can see from the photo provided, with the strap fully extended, the bra is not able to go down enough, creating a weird crooked effect. Fortunately, because the bra is made without elastic, it is still wearable - just awkward. With that out of the way, the bra is very well-made with nice clean stiches and just the right amount of material. I saw another review mentioning the "buttons that are too small", but on lingerie the buttons really should be small, and they are 1/4" which is fairly reasonable. If this is hard for you, a good way to get them in easier is to put the bottom of the button through first, and then let the top pop through. I will admit it is difficult if you work from the other direction. If the strap was longer, I would definitely give this bra (and the brand for that matter) five stars. So long as you don't have issues finding bras, go for it. This brand is great. As a final note, the sellers messed up and didn't actually put the sizing chart on the images like they thought they did. So, when you are going to order one, just go to their website to check out the sizing instructions.
Terrible adjustment concept

The adjustment concept they came up with is awful (tiny little buttons that have a terrible time getting through the hole). Getting in and out of that bra was horrific. I wore it twice and recycled. I do like other cotton bra's from this company, though - the women's slimfit pull over bra has worked for me.
Use the sizing chart.

Assiduously using the sizing directions was helpful to receive a good fit. It buttons on side which requires hand dextrity but it also offers a smooth appearance under fitted clothing. The best part is no lycra or metal so I no longer itch and scratch. It has a utilitarian appearance so not for "entertaining" but then I no longer look like I have a close acquaintance with Wolverine.

This bra fit very poorly. I looked on the website to find the proper size, but it still did not fit properly when it arrived. The cups fit well, but the band was at an odd angle. The seams across the cups were also very prominent and looked awkward under a t-shirt.
Ignore size chart
Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2020
Pro: It really looks to be 100% cotton, which is nearly impossible to find.Cons: The sizing chart is useless. I tried to figure out which size by reading comments but it was still way too big. I am 5â6â tall, 109 lbs. I ordered a size 6. I might have been better off with size 4. But I donât think I want to âwild guessâ the size. I can also see what others meant by the buttons. In the photo I saw, it looked like a metal slider in front. If someone could devise a true size chart, Iâd try again in spite of the awkwardness of putting it on.

With chronic skin allergy problems, this bra is the only one I have found that I can wear!! It's not glamorous but when you are unable to be selective, this bra fits the bill!!. It has NO elastic content at all - just pure cotton. Only recently been able to purchase this garment in UK. Last time I had to send to America, which was very costly.

Finally REALLY 100% Cotton!
Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2017
I have had to completely delete latex and spandex from my life. So even cotton sports bras have had to go because of that 2-3%. I could not stand the look of the 100% cotton bras with the ties because they remind me of straight jackets. I was afraid these would be too small for me as I wear a size 16 dress but they are perfectly adequate. It does give me more of a lift than a sports bra. My only wish would be to have a smoother cup since I wear a lot of knits. I got black and white in the largest size and have the button over as far as possible but they are comfortable.

This is for people with sensitive skin. People who cannot wear regular bras. People are giving bad reviews expecting these to fit like regular bras. Thatâs not possible in a 100% cotton bra.For a cotton bra it IS perfect fitting. Only wouldâve like to have spaghetti straps. Amazing thick cotton quality and tailoring and styling within the constraints of hundred percent cotton. For a small bust like mine If you add a cotton covered bra pad which I plan to do this will fit perfectly. Again this is a different kind of bra ; please do not expect fitting like a regular spandex-filled bra. This is a godsend for me. I cannot wear latex spandex or any kind of mix. Only 100% cotton which is usually impossible to find in bras.Iâm at 36 A and I bought a 36B or size 6. Size 5 was too small as I hate constriction and need my bras loosely fitting n not super fitted. I bought 6 bras in three different styles: 1) snaps at front (non-adjustable under bust) and 2) the buttons on the side and 3) ties on both sides for adjusting.I liked 2 and 3.Snaps at front fits great but it makes me feel hot (too much fabric; it's like a sports bra) and I like mine more loose and light which I donât think others would prefer.Very impressed. Thank you. Quality is definitely good. This is no flimsy bra
