I wear a 12/large in pants. I ordered a small for maximum tummy control. Down side, it rolls under the back fat and doesn't really help with upper belly fat. The boning in the helps the rest not roll down. Upside, I can comfortably wear pants with a loose fitting shirt.

I recently had a baby and this underwear is perfect to hide my postpartum belly. I wear underwear size M but ordered S and fits very good. I wear them with dresses as well as with jeans

I love these and SO comfortable. I was nervous about sizing but the small fits great. I am 5ft5 and 125lb. They wash up great as well, I did line dry however. I will be purchasing more for sure!! I have diastasis Recti after my twins and these gently hold/smooth my stomach without any discomfort

The quality is ok but I expected it will hold better. If you are looking for strong support then I would try something different

It doesn't cinch you in at all, BUT it does smooth everything out really well and gives a nice figure! Also doesn't roll down and I went dancing, sitting, drinking, falling, (lol), in it at my bachelorette party. 10/10 would recommend !

The xlarge was to big I judged it by the size chart so I ordered another one size smaller
