I went with a size XL based on their size guide (210, 5ft8) and it fits pretty well and smooths everything out without feeling like you can't breathe. Comes up high enough to tuck in the back rolls and won't roll down... the shorts are the perfect length and they don't cut off the circulation in your thighs lol. I'll be purchasing another one but in a size smaller just for an extra snug fit around my belly to wear with some outfits (and to wear in hopes of when i lose some weight)

I am 5 4 and 184 I got a size large it is very easy to put on and its not to tight perfect for wearing under cloths. And it helps my tummy look so much better i just had my 2nd daughter and I hated my stomach but this makes it easy to wear my old cloths and pants. I had a c section so its supper helpful

This shapewear is amazing! It provides so much support, I love it! Iâve lost a large amount of weight and have excess skin around my stomach and inner thighs- this shapewear helped tuck and smooth all of that in!! It has one row of hooks and then you zip it all in and it really smooths it out so you donât see the hooks under your clothes. I also love the ruched butt- it helps lift and accentuate your butt rather than flatten it out. Thereâs boning along the back to keep it up and tuck in the back fat, but theyâre short boning and thereâs only two so I didnât feel them digging into my back. One more awesome feature- the mesh lining along the crotch area to keep you feeling fresh!

I was definitely impressed with how comfortable the fabric is. It gives you a more defined look in a dress or pants I didn't have to worry about the dress being tucked in the pooch area. Once the material is in place it stays that way. The only downside is there's no opening in the crotch area.

This garment was very comfortable and fit nicely. The most noticeable feature of this body shaper is comfort of the shaper and most importantly, the ease of putting it on. I felt very well held together and it looked great underneath my jeans as I am sure it will also do the same underneath a dress. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and look forward to many more.

Consistency is the key. I wore this 5 times week and it definitely shapes my body. I haven't been doing exercise just eating smaller portions than my usual. It's easy to wear and to take off. Also, I make sure that I give this at least 8 hrs of rest so it doesn't get worn out. Overall, fabric, texture, and sizing are all great, I have no complaints! I am indeed very satisfied.

Letâs start by saying Iâm a real woman, a mother of 2, and I did not get paid for my review. Now, for any woman who reads my review and decides to purchase, PLEASE share details about yourself itâs hard to gauge sizing from these reviews. I am 5â3â and weigh 140lbs. I had a baby 8mo this ago and weight loss has plateaued ( possibly because Iâm still breastfeeding). I weighed 118lbs pre pregnancy. I bought a Large, due to the size chart and Iâm a size 10 right now. I wish I wouldâve got a medium, but the large fits wonderfully. The bike style leggings do not constrict my legs, the torso portion is very flattering. The material is breathable and soft. I like that the upper torso part is semi ribbed and the corset style hooks under the zipper. It give that extra form which I Love! Highly recommending this!
