I've always been hesitant when it comes to these waist trainers. However for the price I said what the heck lets go for it. When i first wore it those damn hooks gave me a hard time. However after working out in it i could feel it adjusting to my. Fits perfect and makes me sweat 10x harder when im at the gym. I only wear it when working out though. It does help with posture and makes you sit up straight. I will say this though wearing this during the day or when you workout will only benifit you if your consuming the right foods. I juice twice a day and have 2 light snacks and one full meal while drinking about a gallon or more of water a day. I was at 217 lbs when i first begin wearing it while working out. Its been 3 days since I've had it and im down to 211lbs. Its helping reach my weight goal!

First time trying a waist trainer and I actually love it. Iâd order a size up, I didnât read the other reviews on sizing up. Iâm 5â4.5 170 lbs and I ordered L, it fits but is a bit snug. Iâm using it because itâs breathable and I plan to get to that last notch soon. Iâd definitely order with them again and price was reasonable. Shipping was fast.
material is great shoulder straps dig into my underarms though

first time trying on was very hard but the material stretches and gets used to your body so each time was easier to put on...yesterday worked out with it while riding my bike made me sweat like crazy which is GREAT. order a medium im 5'2" 150 lbs and it fits on the last row of hooks so this size works well as i lose weight i can still adjust the hooks tighter

This is probably my 10th attempt with a waist trainer. I'm 4 months postpartum and struggling to lose baby weight.This is snug but doable, it doesn't bunch up like the others I've tried, it stays smooth and in place.
I am pretty fluffy in the middle (only at the moment lol) ...

I am very impresed with how well constructed this waist trainer is. I also find it true to size in terms of waist trainers. I am pretty fluffy in the middle (only at the moment lol) wearing a size 14 and the 2xxl fits however; I feel I should have ordered a size down to provide more of a corset fit. Again I am very satisfied. Go for it and order one size down remember it should not be easy to get on but once on it will force you to suck it in. Great product.

I bought a large thinking a medium (although that's the size I wear in shirts) might fit too tight so I got a large. It's very tight, although after a bit of a struggle, it fits. After putting in on and walking around, my back already felt a bit better. I like that the straps adust as that's what I was originally most worried about not fitting properly. I love how it brings out my curves and slims me down. It's going to take some getting used to but I think I'm really going to like it and hope that it keeps helping my back and posture.

Works nicely. I'm using this in conjunction with diet and (minimal right now, need to get on the ball) exercise and its wiring nicely already. Do wish the torso was about an inch taller but it still serves its purpose

I wanted to wear the trainer a bit before posting this review. When I received it from UPS yesterday, I immediately removed the trainer I was wearing and put this one on. I honestly think I could have sized down to a large instead of the xl I purchased. I started sweating immediately and love that it covers the entire back and my torso (though I am short waisted, so it may not work as well for someone with a longer torso). I Feel like it gives my back some much needed support but is still flexible enough for me to go about my daily tasks. The bones I believe are plastic and not steel as stated in the description (steel bones do not move/flex like this), but I appreciate it being flexible as I plan on wearing it daily. If you're seeking a more "corseted" look, I would say consider sizing down, especially if your measurements are somewhat in between. All in all I like it a lot though the area where the should straps attach has caused some friction, so busty ladies brace yourselves. I will continue wearing this until I decide to purchase a smaller size in the future. For reference, I am a 36DD, waist is about 34" naturally and wear a women's size 10 in jeans.

Le produit est très bien, il fait suer grâce au materiel. Je suis 5'2 140lb 32 po de la taille et small etait parfaite je suis aux dernier crochet. Si il y aurai eu x-small ce serait parfait mais sinon je le recommande vraiment.
