Not much support but it is cute and light weight for yoga and non cardio work outs color is a lot darker than the picture too.Iâm 5â3, 134lb and 34DDD I got large couldâve gone with medium.

Not true to size, I am a 34 DDD, and I purchased a small, it did not give any support at all! Way too big. Felt so uncomfortable! Especially when I would run!
