Don't let the negative comments affect your decision. I have large breasts (36ddd) and bad posture. I am on my feet all day in the cath lab, wearing x-ray lead ALL DAY and although it's only the first day, this strap has helped me tremendously. It's very comfortable and does not scratch under my arms. I will be purchasing another one!

I put a good review on the wrong product!!!!! This one just didn't do anything for the back curve at shoulder blade level.

Ordered a small and will probably return for large. Went by sizing guide but must guide must be off. Could barely hook last row of hooks. Way too tight.

The back support feels right! However, the bust area feels too tight, needs more room for the boobs! The straps are too wide, makes it uncomfortable on the armpit!
