Very very small. These will be ok, but if you have a round booty, you may have some crack exposed. They seem to be low rise. They will work for me on lighter days, but I wouldn't suggest them for heavier days or to anyone with an extra curvy rear.

Protective material in crotch feels substantial without being too thick ...

Protective material in crotch feels substantial without being too thick. It is covered with a very soft material. There is a slot to slip in a panty liner or thin pad for more protection. I returned another brand that was less money but way thinner and flimsy feeling.

I bought these as an inside joke gift, however, the person I bought them for actually really loves them. So hey not a bad idea. Might have to try a pair myself. The larges are more on the medium/large range. So if you are debating between a Large or XL, it wouldn't hurt to go up a size.

I thought these were bikini bottoms. Ordered for my 15year old. They are underwear. They also were too large.

I bought it for my teenage daughter to try and she loves it! She usually has heavy period the first couple days and there are times she would soak through the bed sheets and stain the mattress. She had to use hospital style bed pads at night. Now she will put these period panties on with ease of mind and wont have to worry about staining the mattress. She even tried wearing it during the day without a pad and it held the menstrual fluid in like a sponge! Itâs is definitely worth the investment and will order more!

Runs way too small can't get them on and I sized up a size since people said they were snug. (I even checked measurements) wo waste of money for me. Can't say if they work or not
