I will have to update after some time has passes to see how long they last for but so far I really like these. Next time I'd probably buy a larger size but pads, like bras, are never "one size fits all" because we are all different shapes and sizes. That said, these pads are thicker and much more supportive than the flimsy ones that came inside of my older sports bras I still have. Good product.
replace ALL your lame sports bra paddings w these! They are great!

LOVE these! I bought some sports bras online and they came w the flimsy pads that I ended up having to toss out bc they practically fell apart in the washer. I inserted these instead and they are SOOOO much better now. I would buy these over and over again!I pull them out of the bras before washing them and put them in a meshbag and toss them in the same wash. I dont tumble dry.
Good to change out sport bra inserts.

I used these for new sports bra inserts once mine fell apart and I feel like they may give me more support, lift, and coverage for daily wear. They are great.
