Im a size 16 in pants lady and ordered a size large. It said to step in and pull up over hips. Listen. I have wide hips and a butt so that did NOT work. At all. So I attempted to pull it over my head. After shimming around in circles and squeezing one boob in and over at a time for what seemed like forever, I got it on! Pulled it down and it was in fact long enough so all my belly was squished under this thing. Now getting it off?? Good Lord, you may or may not need help with it depending on how snug your fit is. Remember, one boob at a time OVER my head because I knew I couldn't slide this thing past my hips. Holds everything together nicely. And I could still breath like a normal human being. I wore a thin shirt between this and my skin

I purchased this because I'm literally ALWAYS cold unless its 90 degrees outside. I was a little worried about the size because usually these things run small. This fit EXACTLY as I hoped! I am 5'4" and wear a 14/15 in pants. I ordered an XL, which is my usual shirt size. Its snug, which is how I wanted it to fit. The first day I wore it I didn't do much. Lounged and did laundry and dishes. There was a little bit of sweat under it, but nothing I would say is excessive. The second day I did quite a bit more, but still didn't work out and I could definately tell I was sweating more than usual, so this item does what it says it will! I like that it has an open chest as it makes wearing it all day very easy.THE CONS: Getting this thing on is like a circus show. There is a lot of wiggling and rolling and pulling, but once its on it stays put!THE PROS: Does NOT roll up all over the place. EASY to take off (lift from the bottom and pull off). Does what it is supposed to. Fits just right. Also, I'm finally not cold!

I am 5'9" and about 175 lbs, and ordered a large. Fits great, and tight like you'd want it. I did give this 4 stars because it has a painfully disgusting smell. You can only hand wash with water per the manufacturer so it stays very smelly for very long. The first day I wore it, I got a head ache almost immediately. But I will say, almost the second I put it on, I started sweating. I wear it when I do rowing, Zumba, turbokockboxing & at home strength training and so far I am loving it.

I am 5'9" and about 175 lbs, and ordered a large. Fits great, and tight like you'd want it. I did give this 4 stars because it has a painfully disgusting smell. I got this about 5 days ago and I love it. I washed it and then hung it out side in the sun to dry in case there was a smell, like others mentioned in their reviews, but mine didnât have one that I could smell. But yeah this makes you sweat a lot so I suggest towear a cotton undergarment so the sweat has some where to go. Will try to post an update somewhat soon!

I got this about 5 days ago and I love it. I washed it and then hung it out side in the sun to dry in case there was a smell, like others mentioned in their reviews, but mine didnât have one that I could smell. But yeah this makes you sweat a lot so I suggest towear a cotton undergarment so the sweat has some where to go. Will try to post an update somewhat soon!

I love it! I love it! This product is amazing. I felt firmness on my waist and stomach the very first day. I couldn't wait for the next day to put it back on. It is comfortable can't even tell I have it on. I found it easier to put it on over my arms. So much easier then from the hip. I also noticed a difference in my posture. I've had back and sciatic issues for years and have lived with pain medication to remedy the problem. I am 5'1" and weigh 150 pounds. I ordered the Large. Fit perfect. I will purchase one for my Daughter. The plus "it is so cheap". The best $20 I've spent in a very long time. What are you waiting for people.

Let me preface this with: Iâve owned neoprene-fabric products before, so I knew what I was getting into. If youâve never owned neoprene before, please note they tend to smell like rubber before you wash them & have minimal stretch / âgiveâ to the fit. Highly recommend sizing up if you are thicker in the waist/stomach. I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5 because I donât like how bumpy the material lays on my backside (see picture).

Well I have been wearing it for 2 weeks now with exercise and eating healthy and my midsection and love handles have went down a lot. I'm going to follow the 30 day chart and take my measurement this weekend to see how many inches I have lost but overall a great product.
Decent fit. Definitely tight. Good product.

I did some up one size with this and it is snug but it's supposed to be. Be prepared to be soaked. I did my normal workout routine at the gym today and by time I was done 2 hours later, I was drenched from head to toe. I originally bought this to help with stomach support for my diastasis recti but definitely helps you sweat a lot.
