Pictured size chart is meaningless.

Size chart pictured in the listing is no help. A "large" is listed as "28" inches an a US size "12-14." A US "Large" is a size 7, typically with a waist in the 30-34" range and 40" hips. The "large" sized pair I ordered fit much closer to a US "Small."That said, the material feels nice, and a cursory inspection didn't reveal any issues with poor manufacturing.

While I do agree with others that the size chart is a little wonky, all you have to do is look at the numbers on the chart to find your correct size. I am 5' 5" and 140lb. I ordered a L and they fit perfectly. I'm happy with my purchase!
