I am a full 36DD. Finding a sports bra that fits, supports and doesnât look matronly but this is itMost of my lulu spirts bras look like a bra unless I get a cute strappy that doesnât support me. I run so support and comfort are premium.I ordered a large. If you are closer to a 38 band or a larger cup than DD size up. It was hard to get on first time. The back band got caught in my hair. After that got fixed which was a personal problem I was delighted. I removed the formed cups. I did not need them. This could be worn by itself.Will def be ordering at least 2 more. This is my second Mavour Couture sports bra and I'm really quite impressed with both their functionality and style. Normally, I gravitate toward the most basic, no-frills work-out wear. I'm over 50 and don't have an ultra hot bod that I have the desire to showcase with attention getting gear. I just want to get on the trail or go to the weight room and get the job done. That said, I've kind of surprised myself by really loving the tasteful and elegant details of the Mavour line.I should mention that I'm 5'4", 145 lbs and usually wear a size L in sports bras, despite the fact that my cup size is relatively small (B-C). I took a chance on the Mavour size M and both of them fit me quite comfortably, in the cups and around my rib-cage. This has a longer line so you get more coverage below the bustline and the style elements are feminine and, dare I say it, tastefully sexy without looking tawdry or overly revealing (e.g., no cleavage or spaghetti straps). The sheer mesh section at the back is quite lovely and I was surprised that the small key-hole of mesh at the front is also subtle and classy. I love the removable pads, which provide nice coverage for modesty as well as helping to mitigate the dreaded "uni-boob" illusion. But, most importantly, it offers a decent amount of compression so that it can be used for both high and low impact activities.The only thing that seems completely unnecessary to me are the hooked shoulder straps. They aren't adjustable and I can't see that this makes getting in and out of the bra any easier, so I don't think they add any value. But other than that, this is a hard-working and flattering bra that will give you a bit of a confidence boost to power you through those tough work-outs.

I am a 34DDD. I am late 50's so I've had the girls around a while now. I cannot wear this bra as an all day bra as I had hoped. . . the band it too tight. I will keep it for swimming. So the boobs fit well, the band is tight. Not a total loss yet now what I hoped for.

This is by far the best sports bra I've ever owned. It is unbelievably comfortable and best of all, has adjustable straps. I'm a tall girl and most sports bras ride up but not this one. When it arrived, I tried it on and immediately ordered another one.

It's straps are adjustable, I wish they were a little shorter but I just keep them on the tightest slot. I only like pull-over bras, this one is quite supportive, and much more reasonably priced than some.

I was looking for a sports bra that would provide adequate support during high impact exercise. This is it. It provides really good support, while being comfortable. I really like the design of the adjustable straps, which won't dig into your arms, like happens with other bras. I only wish they had more colors.(For reference, I am 5 '4" and 148 lbs, and I bought the medium, which fits well.)
