Overall the XL fits pretty snug. Im 5'10 195 pounds* So I believe a larger woman may want to find a company that offers a bigger size. But it came quick and its currently working for me as I sit here at work! Also gives you some extra cleavage LOLUPDATE: Ive been wearing this for two full work days now and what a difference! ( I sit at a desk all day) I would get this terrible pain in my left back shoulder and this has eliminated that issue! So this definetly helps with shoulder pain!
The clasp will fold and dig into your upper abdomen.

First of all, I was supposed to get this under the "free 1day shipping". It arrived late just like everything else I order. This thing was the correct size for me but the clasp in the front kept folding and digging into the front of me. It was very uncomfortable and I will be returning.

I lost 30 lbs with pancreatitis so needless to say Iâm very flat chested did not work for me. I also found it difficult to put on no instructions included.

This is supportive and easy to wear. It has rubbed a bit later in the day (on the days where I've worn it all day). It is as described. Worth the money.
