I received this as a gift from my sister as I wasn’t sure if this was for me. She ordered the double control waist liner for me and it’s just wonderful if you want use for workout or just want to have a slim waist. It’s doesn’t shift when you put on and you just have to get one to see the good side effects. I will order another one from this brand and I would highly recommend it. It’s very adjustable and helps with the back too.
