I'm on the larger end of this petticoat size spectrum, and it fits! I'm so happy! I have some period garments that are really going to look a lot better while I'm wearing these hoops! And I've got another dress on the way. I'm so excited! I hope that this virus thing resolves itself quickly so that we can go back to having get-togethers and meetings and go to events! The hoops are really nice, a few loose threads, but nice, sturdy material and a real steal for the price!
