It’s comfortable yet sturdy and made well. I wear it for a minimum of 5 hours Mon- Fri while I workout and run errands. Definitely recommend.

Not for long torso

 Nice but the hook part not wide enough. You either get a muffin top or bubble bottom flab see video. I returned.
