I purchased this to wear postop after plastic surgery. I'm 5'9" and at the time weighted 202lbs and wore a size 16/18. I ordered a size 3X. These run so small I had to connect the extension piece from both garments together in order for one garment to fit. Even now at 176lb I can not wear this without one extension piece.
Comfy and looking good.

I about at Fajas.com. The silk like material feels so good. It compresses with comfort and the extender is like gold. I haven't had surgery yet but the extender worked with the fat stomach so I know when I remove the fat stomach it be perfect for daily wear in case I have swelling past the recommended 3 months. Oh, my hips are 48.5 I ordered the 3x which maxed at hips of 46. This is the largest size Marie E carries as of now. The butt part will not enhance you at all!
