I know that shapewear is tricky but these were awful. I have a lot of loose skin after two pregnancies and got these to help smooth things out but they didn't fit right and the return shipping was as much as the product. So I kept them but still haven't used them as they seem to just push all my pudge to the front resulting in the ultimate fupa.

This didn't work for me like I thought and it just didn't hit in a good spot on me, it fit a but funny under some of my pants and jeans so I ordered something smoother in the front with the same amount of control.

It lifts the fupa, but not better than a real waist trainer. it makes it look a little smaller if you have a large pouch. you may look much flatter if you have a small pouch

I got this because I am older and my belly hangs and pulls on my back. This fit my needs perfectly I recommend it for any woman that may have this problem not just for postpartum
