I bought mine the largest they had. It fits good, I just have to lose a bit more weight before I can wear it for a long period of time. I would like to see it a bit more thicker in the material but it looks very nice. I can't wait to wear it on a regular. It's my motivation. Yayyyy....go me!

I am 5'6 and 251 lbs. I ordered a 4x because i was unsure of how it would come, thinking it would run small because of where it came from. I can say its true to size so i probably should have ordered a 2x or 3. It does keep the heat in but its very flimsy not like a reg waist trainer thats firm and shapes you. Im not a member so it took like a month or so to come to me. Also the straps can come off which idk why they would need to come off. Idk the return policy just yet but i may just give it away, planning on getting a smaller size and just work out in it.

I have been using this type of product for work loading package cars for UPS for the last eight months. I have purchased several variations from several different sellers and this is by far the best construction of any that I have purchased. I have very narrow hips and a wider waist line than most women so I have learned that these shapers should really be ordered by taking the hip measurements as much as the waist. I still gave the product five stars b'c it certainly fits enough to make me sweat during a workout, but it's not tight enough for true back support or waist training, but that's not an issue with the size charts or the product. I just have uncommon measurements. I also have very broad shoulders and the straps are substantial which makes me have to pull them together like a racer back in order to prevent them from rubbing me b't my underarm and chest. I would highly recommend this as a sweat vest and to provide low to moderate level support for your back and core.

Iâm a size 4 and I ordered a small. Itâs a little snug but I think waist trainers are suppose to fit tightly. Iâm not sure if I will be able to run in it I like to feel free but I have done chores around the house with it on and it supports my back nicely. I donât like to wear it under my clothes so I wear it over a cami for now. Itâs very high quality and I think it will hold up.

This was way way too big and didnât work for some reason the button for return would not show and now itâs too late for me to return so unhappy and thereâs no way for me to fix this very very unhappy and so I can not recommend this product.

Only giving it four stars because it bunches bad at my waist and can be a little painful. Otherwise it has good compression and holds me in. Top is comfortable and doesnât stab. Spines are flexible. Almost long enough for my torso but Iâm also 5â8â. zipper component feels flimsy but has held up. Good for the price

Thereâs no boning, no structure, not even a latex layer. Runs large. Iâm 5â6 and 100 pounds so I got the smallest size and it GIVES me rolls that I literally donât have naturally. It doesnât take a single inch off my waist and makes me look like I have a spongebob build. Do not recommend.

Love this product, fast delivery. Was sad my first order was a bit small, the owner offered me a refund right away. But I told them I wanted to keep it as I am working on loosing weight and it would come handy later and also informed them I would order another one a size bigger.

It's a great product which met all my expectations. I selected the size according to the provided chart and it's the right one for me. I am VERY IMPRESSED how quickly it arrived, more than 2 weeks earlier than expected. It does improve shaping and makes figure look silkier. My waist is 1 inch less when I wear the corset. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend the corset to my friends.
