Doesn't work at all. Provides no lift at all in the buttocks, wearing this and not wearing it is both flat as a board. Was hoping to gain a little bit of a butt, but there was nothing.

I love this waist trainer butt lifter thong,my dresses fit better it hold my stomach in and give my butt a nice lift,I highly recommend this,just make sure to follow the chart and buy the size that apply to you.

This is the first waist trainer I have ever bought. I got a medium and I usually wear a size 12 pants or jeans. It fits nicely and I can adjust it to any of the hooks. There is no pinching or uncomfortable rubbing or bunching. The website trainer stays where you put it throughout the day. I even ran 3.5 miles with it on and had no issues at all. I'm very impressed with how well this fits! You really can't go wrong with this purchase. It is priced cheaper than others but this one is perfeCT. Not one complaint from me!

I bought this for back support and like it so much I bought 3 more! They do run a little small so order yourself a larger size. I usually wear a large to XL size shirt and ordered a XXL. Pretty snug but that works for me for the back support I need.

Hello. Iâm 5â 2 and I normally wear a Xl-2x in womenâs clothing. I weight 216 pounds and I ordered a Xl it fits perfectly. Not to tight and not to big it feels like a nice hug! I will not dry this. Iâm afraid it will shrink. I will definitely wash on cold. This piece for shape-wear gives me the figure I want. I have a lower tummy and it disappear with putting this on. I also have a problem with my butt. I had surgery a year ago and nothing Iâve warn has ever fit right in that area. This shaper covers up the scar I have with nice thick fabric and lifts my butt up to where it needs to be. I LOVE THIS

My wife loves it for a very form fitting dress, she is 5'-6", 145 lb size 8-10. Fit a little small but with a few stretches and struggle it fit great.

Love it!! Comfortable, will hide a food belly. While providing the perfect subtle butt lift. Got it for my husbands office party, and he was so distracted, we left early!
