Very comfortable and they work. The back panel feels slightly strange, not as soft as the rest of the fabric, but i can live with it.

I have a little issue where I potty a little if I cough too hard, which sucks because I have cancer in my lung so I cough all the time. I wanted something to wear so that I wouldnât have to worry about the teeny tinkle that might happen if I cough while on the go or in a public space but also didnât want to resort to adult diapers because that would honestly be overkill. These work great! No leaking at all for what I use them. They are comfortable and cute. The only thing I would say is that you can hear them swish as you walk when you wear them. It seems to go away a while after putting them on though. I would definitely buy again.

These are wonderful. I have some light bladder leakage after pottying and they keep it off my pants. They wash up perfect, but do not put them in the dryer because of the liner inside. The fit is fine, but I do wear a large in ladies undies and got these in an XL. Glad I did because they could have shrunk a bit. I think the second round I got I even got 2XL.
