The product is good, because of less rods my posture is only just ok. I bought a size small. I like the quality and weight. It is very light. Having just 9 rods makes the trainer more flexible and comfortable easier to breath due to less boning. My stomach is flat and snug. I do prefer a more tight fit from a 24 steel boned trainer. I am 5"4 148 lbs currently as of Mon June 24 2019. I hope in the next 4 months i graduate to an extra small.

I loved this product and I've been wearing it to bed for about a week now. It's durable material and it fits perfectly. It smells a little plasticy but I hand washed it a few times and it isn't very noticeable anymore. It has comfortable material on the inside but it makes my stomach sweat so it makes it a bit itchy. It's suppose to make your stomach sweat though so it's doing it's job and if you wear a thin shirt underneath it then it'll soak up the sweat and it won't itch at all. I highly recommend and I would buy it again.

I jus gave birth about 3 months ago 200 pounds an im 5'5 got an xlarge an it fits right at the 3rd hoop setting feels good good quality feels sturdy I will be doing a progress on it an tel my feed back

I use the chart i got a medium it fits like a glove. However my torso is a little shorter that the trainer so it up in my breast. I love the feel of it, the material is good. I am happy the bones or not to firm. I always had velcro trainers but this one was easy to wear. I am glad i got it.5 months later... i havent been wearing it everyday only on weekends so i am still to the 1st hook. Still love it, good quality easy to wear and clean.

I can not fit the waist trainer. It's too small. I struggled trying to wrap it around and snap it on. The size chart was not helpful. It feels like I need to go 2 size up. I bought a large but I will need a 2X

This is one of the best waist trainers I've ever ordered!! I read reviews on here before ordering about size, so I'm 5'5 138lb so I ordered a small. Keep in mind a waist trainer is suppose to fit tight( that's the point of it) and it has three rows of hooks so you start on the outside row!!

Product is nice it's don't go as fall up on the baxk as shown in photo my waist went from 55 to 40 cm in just a week time to order a new size I goal is to fit in a medium by the summer
