I love these -- no more falling bra straps! To put them on is a bit of a ... procedure ... but once you get into the groove of it, it's ok. You have to put your bra on backwards, and clip this strap in place. I find if I kind of nestle them down in the bra strap adjustment thing there is less chance of them popping off when trying to put arms thru. Turn bra around and put arms thru and hopefully the strap stays in place. I've found too that if I bend the middle part upwards it holds better.
