Overall very disappointed. Definitely NOT a replacement for pads/tampons. These are great as extra protection or in place of a liner, but I would not wear them in place of a pad ESPECIALLY on heavy days. I have tried them on multiple occasions, and they don't hold that much more than regular underwear. It is nice not to bleed through if I get off the pad a little like at night, and on VERY light days I no longer need a liner at all. But think of them more like a helpful addition rather than a replacement to one time use pads.

I bought these before going on vacation. I knew Iâd have to have a âperiod insurance policyâ since we were going on a Norwegian cruise and would have no access to laundry facilities. These helped so much! Even on my heaviest flow days I had not one issue. Trust me....Iâm a heavy bleeder so when I say, âThey work,â believe it. Theyâre a bit snug and thick but I expected that . My vacation was stress free and these panties are so much better than the granny panties of old.

Bought for my tween as extra protection and she really likes them. She liked all the colors, said they are comfortable and soft. We tested them for sound, and they do seem to make a slight crinkling sound from the lining, but only if it's complete silence and you are scrunching them hard with your hand. It seems they are a little high waisted which is nice because it hugs everything. I would highly recommend as extra protection, only wish they were around when I was younger.

I gave these a 3 star only because they work really well, however they BARELY fit my 11 year old. They were super low rise, and the women's medium was small on her (and she wears a little girls 16 pants, and I was actually worried they would be big on her)If they had fit her better, I would have given 5 stars.

It works to keep embarrasing period leaks off my clothes. It doesn't work so well for short pads but is great for long ones. The short ones kept bunching up. The long ones are kept in place nicely. Also it's summer but I don't feel overly warm wearing these.
SMELLS BADLY

Even with a pad added, after only a few hours, I noticed a really sour smell coming from "down there" and when I changed, I realized that it was these panties. I have never had such an embarrassing stench and even after washing, they have a sour smell. I would NOT recommend these for ladies who are trying to be discreet!

The extra lining is simply a piece of material. I do not see anything absorbent about it at all. I would say my regular underwear are as think and or absorbent as these would be and see nothing unique about them other than then different color THIN layer.
