Helps keep my spine in place & reduces spinal shifting & the resultant pinching of already damaged nerves.This is the only corset I've found that provides this vitally needed support, & I've tried far too many.It's lightyears more supportive & better fitting than the back braces I've tried over the past few years, too.First two of these I owned lasted 6 months+ each, despite my wearing them 24 hours a day/7 days a week (for necessary spinal support).Hoping to get 6 months+ out of this one, too.

Nicely constructed but I got the wrong size. So I contacted Orchard directly and I ordered another one in the correct size and I will keep the smaller one when I size down
