so for my fellow tiny ribcage big boobed gals who arent on size charts- the large will work.But- I wouldnt call it high impact. Weights, yoga, boxing- sure, all good. But its not for running & jumping unless you font struggle too much with breast pain to begin with. As a triple D, its not serious enough to reign in a big bounce.Its not nothing though, and I'll use it plenty. Cute, reasonable comfortable but hard to wrestle over the shoulders. Removable pads were misshapen causing puckering, so I had to take them out.

Tight bottom band

The push up pads in the cups are ridiculous, but removable, so no big deal. The real problem was how tight the bottom band is. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but it created a back fat roll. For reference I measure 30” under bust, wear a 32ddd, size 6, and ordered a medium. I ordered the same bra top from another amazon seller (seasum) in the same size, and it was perfect.

I didn't feel this ran big at all! Im a standard medium and I got large due to reviews and I could have used a medium... it's compression so you want it tight
