Mido 170 y peso 145 lb pedí una M y si me quedo pero esta faja está diseñada fatal ! Toda el estómago que te aprieta abajo te lo sube para arriba así que todos tus horditps están arriba de la faja y se ve peor . No la recomiendo para nada
