I am NOT the type to write a product review but i thought my input could help someone...i'm 3 weeks out from full body aggressive lipo and am healing pretty rapidly. Hence, i needed a smaller garment and was looking for something cost effective on the market. I'm 5"3 very curvy, hips, booty, thighs all that! You know, thicker than a snicker :) I took my measurements and fell in between a L and XL. After reading the reviews, I opted to go with the XL. Perfect choice. At first, I was like whoa, how am I going to get this over my hips. Then i remembered reading a review that said to fasten the few bottom notches then put it on. Perfect advice. Took about 15 min to get it on, but once I got it on...it was EXACTLY what my body needed. It TRULY holds you into place and is actually more comfortable than the one provided by my doctor. I love that it has 3 additional settings as my body contineues to heal and my swelling goes down. Hands down, best GARMENT EVA!

I wanted to write a review to hopefully help someone else with sizing questions. I am 5'5, and I currently weigh 170lbs. I am a size 10 pants and Medium to small top. My measurements are 32 waist 42 hips. I used the SIZE CHART link on the listing, NOT the picture, and based on my measurements, should be a Medium. I read all the other reviews and ordered up one size. My Large came today and I feel like I probably should have gotten a medium. I have experience with these types of garments and know how difficult they are to get on the first few times (as they should be if you want the firm compression.) I didn't really have any problems getting this on. If you are looking for true firm compression, you should get your size based on the chart and just be ready to really struggle. If you are wanting something just to make you look smooth, go up a size. The knee and armpit area in mine are loose as other reviewers have mentioned. Other than that I'm very happy with the garment. Just what I was looking for.

I must admit I had to order my faja twice. The 1st time I had a small which was wayyy too tight But my medium fits PERFECT Yes I struggled to get it on as everyone should but If you’ve had surgery you need that pressure to help push out the fluid. Not to mention the return & exchange process is so fast it didn’t matter. Both fajas took less than 48hours to arrive in the mail. To help a few I’m 5’7 & weigh 170. . . I also just made 2months post-op from getting my BBL . . . Hopefully my review was helpful

I'm glad my faja deliver on time was worried that it wasn't going to get here in time for my trip, and it fit perfectly!! Material is a little on the stuff side but the size fit perfect in the lower tummy legs and buttocks. i always ware xlarge on a true size i ordered xlarge and if fit the only thing i find wrong with faja is the upper part of the garment it doesn't give that much support on the back and upper tummy area but the shoulder pads is a good support and there in the shoylder straps from digging Into your shoulders overall rating 3x××Thanks Amazon for fast delivery

Perfect for aggressive lipo

This is going to be a thorough review since I’ve tried a million of these garments and hope to help someone who may have my same problems.Im 5’0, bust 39, waist 32, hips 47. I bought a 3x. I had liposuction of pretty much my whole body as well as tummy tuck and could not tolerate all the swelling. I’m three weeks post op and I just thought I wasn’t drinking enough water which is why my swelling was not subsiding but turns out I was using the wrong garment this whole time. Now swelling isn’t just an issue for aesthetic reasons, I was always hunched over in pain because my belly was always distended and my lower back was sore. I also had hard lumps of fluids accumulated along my groin from not being compressed enough. Whenever I compressed my belly, the water would shift right to the inner thigh area. I did lymphatic massages but they were too painful and the lumps would just come right back. Most garments do not compress all the way to the groin due to being crotch less which caused a lot of problems with fluid shifting in weird areas. Marena garments are comfy but ineffective for aggressive liposuction I’ve found. The material for this garment is stretchy but still thick and great at really compressing. The thigh portion REALLY gets up in your groin area, leaving no gaps for fluid to shift to which is one of the best things about this garment.Another great thing is the waist trainer style top which allows you to adjust it according to which stage you’re in so you don’t have to keep buying more garments. I bought a 3x because my hips are 47 inches and it fit perfectly around them. My waist is smaller, 32 inches but because it’s adjustable I just fasten it onto the tightest clip and it works great. I will say though, I have a pretty short torso so the top actually covers my boobs when it’s supposed to stay under them. But this is just due to my body type, however, I’m able to remedy this by just leaving the first top clips undone and it works out fine. My recommendation is to stick to the sizing chart exactly according to your hip size and you should be fine. What I also like about this garment is that you can access and cover up your crotch easily. I hated other garments where your business would just be exposed all the time. The opening is perfect for using the bathroom and the flap allows you to completely cover up everything easily again. This garment hits right below the knees which is good if you had knee lipo like I did. Also the bottom has a lace detail which is cute but is also great because it doesn’t roll up.Getting on the garment wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. When you first put your legs in and look at the waist trainer portion you’re like how the hell am I gonna do this but the trick is to lay down and it makes it much easier. I was able to do it by myself in about 5-10 minutes. If you’re earlier in the post op stage you may need a second person to help you since it could be a work out.Overall: if you need good inner thigh and tummy compression this is for you. Follow the size chart according to your hips, not waist.

I’m 5’5 164lbs and I got size medium. I didn’t find it hard at all to put on but I am familiar with fajas. I will suggest sitting down and putting on the legs in first, one at a time. You want to roll it almost like a a sheer delicate stocking all the way up and make sure you feel it hit that crotch area before you put on the other leg. Once you have both legs on and you can feel it’s on properly between your legs then it’s on.. figuring out how tight you want to make the actual waist cincher is the easy part. I was able to put it on the tightest one straight out the package and I’m on the thick side.***important** if you want this right after surgery and you are my size or have my body type DONT get a medium get an xtra large. I can’t imagine getting into this after Lipo or bbl. get the xtra large and once you aren’t in extreme pain a week or two later hop in this in a size medium.

Material is very firm and strong. Three weeks post op and I am experiencing ‘swell hell’. This item compresses my swelling and is a lot better quality than the one the surgeon provided. I ordered an XL but feel I could have ordered size L. I managed to fasten on my own hence the reason thinking I could have gone a little smaller. Nonetheless, product has 4 hooks and I am on the first hook.

Fits perfectly but don't care for the material... it is rough, it is lined with cotton inside at the waist and back part but not on the legs. The stitching that pass in the back bother me and hurt after a while. You also hook up the little piece of material to cover your crotch at the back just over your butt, the materiel to hook it to make a lump so not comfortable to lie down on and the elastic of that piece, tends to ride up the butt crack ... I wouldn't buy it again
