This is not my first waist trimmer. I have purchased many, have been using them for about 5 yeasts now.I started using these as I was losing weight, 60 pounds lost and kept off for five years now. I occasionally wear a waist trainer to keep myself in shape. I feel very confident that they work very well.This one is hands down the sturdiest waist trimmer I have ever had.I've replaced many because they tear so easily. This one is heavy duty and I don't think I'll ever need to replace this. It's sewn with the highest quality of stitching and heavy duty thread.

I been enjoying to use this while I work out. It has good quality and once you put it on it doesn't fall off, I have used in the past other waist trainer and with time they lose the velcro and starts to fall in the middle of your work out, so is very annoying. It is also very easy to clean, I sweat a lot during my work out so I make sure that right after I am done I wipe it with baby wipes and it doesn't absorb any smell.

It's my second workout with the belt and at the end I feel it really wet. It helps me as well to feel myself tight. I like it overall.

Love the material, pretty good quality. It makes me sweat a lot! And I donât even notice it, it doesnât bother me or leave me marks either. I have been using it for a week now and I can tell that my waist is getting smaller!!

I was looking for a good weight loss belt, as a result I decided to tried this one, I got it a couple days ago and so far I love it. The material is very good, keeping your core in contraction and the best part the waist area. I like the fact that is comfortable and didnât irritate your skin.

I love this waist trainer. I needed to replace my golds gym one and this is perfect. I know for a fact that its working because when I first got it it was a little tight. Now, I have had to tighten it. If I wear it around just running errands and not doing too much I still sweat quite a bit.

La uso siempre Pra hacer cardio, siento que me ayuda a sudar mucho más y siento caliente esa zona en todo el entrenamiento, me ayuda en la postura estar derecha y la puedo acomodar si la quiero ajustada o suelta, tiene doble ajuste asà que me encanta!!!!!!
