I had a hard time getting this on which to me only proves I really need this waist trainer. I've only had it for a little over a week but I can definitely feel (and see) that I've lost a few cms on waist. I wear it between 6-10 hours a day, first couple of days was uncomfortable but after that getting it on got a lot easier.
