Ridiculously small

I liked the way it helped my posture but it is ridiculously small. I am 5â5â and 112lbs. I normally wear a 34A. Based on the reviews, I ordered a Large and it was so tight and and very painful to wear even for a few minutes. It made rolls of fat that I didnât even know I had spill over the edges. Since I did like the way it helped my posture, I might order an XL which seems ridiculous given my size.

This shaper is wonderful! Having neck and upper back pain due to my large girls (36H) causes me to slump due to the weight. After wearing this for only 3 days, I can REALLY tell a difference in my posture and since the "girls" are lifted now, I feel much better and have almost no more pain. I highly recommend this to help with posture and neck and upper back pain!

I am a US medium, 5"10" and 140 lbs, and the XXL was still tight on a 36 band size. They will exchange if it's not right, but check carefully the sizing instructions.
Good for smaller people

The medium fit snugly without pinching under the arms and breasts. Initially, I wore it for four hours the first day without discomfort. There was no slouching on my part because the bra provides firm support to gently correct posture.
Order two sizes up.

I ordered a large, it fit more like a small. I had to return it.
