You do struggle little bit to put it on but the results are awesome

I weight 135 and I usually wear a medium on clothes and because I wanted a thinner waist my sister advised me to get a smaller size than what I usually wear so I order a small and it fit perfectly I got the tiniest waist and I get tummy control I get hips and my buttocks looks great I really recommend this

The girdle tends to wind up in the upper part of the back. Also, tighten your thighs, and make them look through your clothes.
