Size chart needs to be more exact

Waist size measures lowest measurement given by size chart. XL product - I measured: Waist:13" (26"), Hip 16 3/4" (33.5"). Size chart says XL fits: Waist: 25.5" - 41.7". My 35" waist was uncomfortable in this. Hips much too small for me.
Black marked appeared on Material

Very odd ⦠arrived in packaging with all Mandarin writing. The material does not feel like silk; it feels like polyester. I tried washing the skirt & a black mark appeared on the material.

very nice and soft, perfect length for what i needed it for - my biggest issue is that the waist is NOT adjustable; it's just elastic.
